Returns and NOCs in automated CSV statement

Question:

If we were to receive a return or an NOC in the .CSV file that we get from you via SFTP (as an alternative to webhooks), will the referenceID we put in our POST payment request also come back in the reference field?

Answer:

For returns and NOCs you will have the original payment information included in that file.

  • In the Daily Account Activity CSV, the referenceID is concatenated in the "Description" field.

  • In the Daily ACH Activity CSV, the referenceID appears in the "ReferenceId" field.
