In the Daily Account Activity CSV file sent via SFTP automated statement delivery (see below), will the interest/account maintenance fees charged by CRB show up in the file?
Answer:
If the account is interest bearing, then you will see interest payments in a monthly statement.
Program fees charged by CRB are calculated outside of COS using the COS data. The reason is because of the variation of products and services as well as their pricing across all of the bank's clients. Generally our accounting team sends an invoice with detailed information.
