Why do I always receive the status "Processing" for an XPay transfer even when the configuration is set to AutoApprove?
Answer:
If the configuration is set to AutoApprove, the XPay transfers spend a few seconds in the "Processing" status, and then move into either "Completed" or "Failed". If it is not set to AutoApprove, then XPay transfers will remain in "Processing" status until they are approved.
We recommend that you always use a GET request to the required endpoint such as, GET /v1/gl/accounts/{accountNumber}, GET /v1/transactions/{id} to obtain the most accurate status.
