Question:
Why didn't the loan move into the status of DocsComplete? I attached all the relevant and required documentation.
Answer:
Only loans with the required documents will pass through to the next status, DocsComplete. Please check that these conditions were met:
1) Did the documents meet the REGEX regulations? If not, modify or add the relevant documents.
2) Check if there is an error unzipping the files. If a file is corrupted, Arix won't be able to unzip it. Make sure to fix it and resend a POST with the attachments.
If after those actions the loan still doesn't move forward to DocsComplete, check the log files for errors.
