Question:
1) A card which was in the suspended status, which was then replaced as lost/stolen/damaged, wasn't moved to the issued status. Is this expected? Should we call the /reactivate endpoint before /replace?
2) When a card is ordered via /replace with the DamagedCard replaceType, the card is meant to remain active. However, when /resetpin was attempted, it failed. Is this expected?
Answer:
1) This is expected. The original card will remain in the lost/stolen/damaged state, and the new card has to be activated.
2. Yes. Only cards with an Active status can have their pins reset.
